New to the 8x8 Support Knowledge Base?

We recently updated our knowledge base platform. This guide will show you how to navigate the site.
To find the answers you're looking for, you can use Google search, the search bar at the top of this site, or Otto, the 8x8 virtual assistant. From the home page, you can click into topic categories for 8x8 products and services.
When searching, phrase your query based upon the task you want to accomplish or issue you'd like to resolve. Some examples include "reset voicemail password," or "onboarding new Admin Console users."
