Checking Order Status and Order Invoices in My 8x8

Objective

Finding order status, shipping status, tracking IDs, and order invoices within the 8x8 Support Portal.

Procedure

8x8 Support Portal

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Select My 8x8.
  3. Select Orders.
  4. Here you can view the Order Number, Order Status, Shipping Status, Tracking ID, and Order Date.
  5. To view the Order Invoice, select View Order Detail. The invoice will open in a separate browser tab. A sample invoice is shown below.
