Procedure

1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
2. Select My 8x8.
3. Select Payment Methods in the top navigation bar
4. Select Add Payment Method.
5. Select Add Credit Card.
6. Enter your credit card information.
7. Select Validate and Save.

Make a One-Time Payment

1. If you are on credit card billing and have an open statement, you can log in to your account and make a payment. From your My 8x8 page, select your Billing Statements. If you an open statement, you will be able to see a Pay Now button. Select the bills you want to pay.
2. Select Pay Now and you will be taken to a screen to confirm the amount that you want to pay.
3. Select Pay by Credit Card and follow the instructions to update your card and make a payment.
