Checking Billing Statements in the 8x8 Support Portal

Objective

See your billing statement by logging in to the 8x8 Support Portal.

  • 8x8 Support Portal
  • Billing Statement

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Application Panel.
  2. Select the My 8x8 tile. If you do not see this tile, work with your primary admin to get My 8x8 access.
  3. Select Billing > Billing Statements.

  4. Next to the desired statement, click the three dots under Action, then in the dropdown View Invoice/Billing Statement.

  5. For an estimate of your next bill, click Upcoming Statement.
