8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams
8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based PBX-to-PBX integration with Microsoft Phone System, which creates a seamless, behind-the-scenes integration of 8x8 Work phone service into Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
- 8x8 X Series License
- 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams license
- Microsoft Azure AD for user Single Sign-On (SSO) is required to sign-in users in the 8x8 Teams app (Learn more.)
- To enable outbound PSTN calling for users without a Teams Phone license:
- 8x8 Presence Sync enabled
- 8x8 Work
