For 8x8 customers subscribing to Enterprise Support, Contact Center Support, as well as 8x8 Partners, we provide enhanced notifications and access to our status page that includes component-level live status and incident history. 8x8 Partners and qualifying customers can subscribe up to five email addresses to receive login access and subscribe to email and SMS notifications.

After submitting the form for your company, expect an email confirmation within 48 hours with your username and password for accessing the trust page.

Tip: For easier management by an 8x8 customer or partner, you may set up an internal distribution and provide that email alias in the registration form. This allows your company to better manage internal particiants in your own orgnaization from a single email alias.
