A Usage Bundle has a prepaid amount of minutes with a built in discount. The customer prepays for a block of minutes that will be applied at the bottom of the statement summary (shown on the bill as Usage Bundle Credit Adjustment). These bundles only cover Toll Free minutes, International minutes and Local minutes (once the VCC Local bundles have been exceeded). Call recordings and SMS charges are not included under the bundle.
The bundle will not show a specific amount of minutes since there can be different values of minutes discounted by the bundle. For example, a Toll Free rate will be different from the rate of a call to Australia.
When you log in to your My 8x8 Customer Portal and access your billing statements, you will see the summary section with your services and any applicable Usage Bundles. In the example below, the customer is paying $90 for their Usage Bundle and generated $58.50 worth of charges.
Ideally, you want the Usage Bundle amount and the Usage Bundle Credit Adjustment amount to be as close as possible to get your maximum value.
