Objective
Change your number plan for users on Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Select Users.
- Select Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the users name.
- Scroll down to External Call Permission tab and select the calling country and calling plan from the drop down menus.
Note: Selecting the wrong numbering plan could affect the user dialing out. Make sure to check the dialing plan when creating a new user.
