Calls are not coming through to 8x8 Work for Mobile app.

Resolution
- Log in to 8x8 Work for Mobile App.
- Tap the profile image to open your Profile screen.
- Ensure your Status is not set on DND.
- Check that Mute notifications is not ON as this can block incoming notifications.
- Ensure Business hours are scheduled properly, as calls will not be offered to the user outside of set business hours.
- You can also turn off Business hours.
