Objective

Edit Granularity in Analytics for Contact Center.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Custom Reports

Procedure

  1. Select Custom Reports.

  2. To the right of the relevant report, select Edit (three dots).
  3. Select Granularity. This will open up the calendar and the Granularity where you can change from 15 min to 30 min, hour, or day.

  4. After making the desired changes, select Save.
