Set a voicemail greeting in Admin Console.

Procedure
You can also set the voicemail greeting for Call Queues and Ring Groups in Admin Console by following the same steps - just edit the relevant Ring Group or Call Queue and follow from step 5.
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Users.
- Find the user profile for which you want to edit voicemail settings.
- Click Pencil icon to the right of the user profile.
- Go to Voicemail settings.
- Under External Voicemail Greeting setting, click Change.
- Select an existing audio file, or click + Create audio files to record or upload a new audio file.
Calling a Number To Record
- Select By Calling a Number to Record.
- Give the file a name.
- Optional: Leave a note for yourself to tell what the file is for.
- Type in the Phone Number or Extension you would like it to dial. The user logged into Configuration Manager must have services assigned to them for this to work.
- Select Call Now.
- The system will call you. Follow the prompts to record your greeting.
- Select Finished Recording.
- Click Save.
- Click Select on the audio file you would like to use.
Uploading an Audio file
- Select By Uploading an Audio file.
- Give the file a name.
- Optional: Leave a note for yourself to tell what the file is for.
- Click the musical note and browse your computer to find the correct audio file, or drag and drop an audio file onto the screen.
- Click Save.
- Click Select on the audio file you would like to use.
- Click Save to update the changes.
Additional Information
