Procedure

1. Log in to your 8x8 Express account.
2. Go to Account information > Billing Statements. Note: The Start Date for a billing statement is actually the usage month, so a December Start Date is for December usage, which appears on your January statement.
   
     
   
3. To view a billing statement, select View to see a PDF file of the statement.
   
   
   
4. Select Upcoming Statement to see your next month's statement. Note that this only shows your monthly service charges and does not display taxes and fees.
