How to Create an Inbound Queue in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Create an inbound queue in 8x8 Contact Center.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center
  • Call Queues

Procedure

  1. From the Configuration Menu, open Queues/Skills.
  2. Click + or Inbound Phone.
  3. Enter the desired properties in the Properties tab.
  4. Click Save.
