Add Status Codes in Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Objective 

Add and assign status codes in Configuration Manager for Contact Center.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. Select Agent Groups
  3. Select Add Agent Group. 
  4. Create the Agent Group. 
  5. In the menu, select Agents.
  6. Select Edit. 
  7. Assign the agent to the new agent group. 
  8. Navigate to Status Codes > Agent Status > Status Code Lists.
  9. Select +Add.
  10. Create a Status Code List with a name that matches with the Agent Group name you intend to assign the Status Codes.
  11. Make sure the Active box is checked.
  12. Select Save.
  13. Navigate to the Codes tab.
  14. Select +Add to add the desired Status Codes.
  15. Select Save.
  16. Select the Assignments tab.
  17. Check the box for the Agent Group.
  18. Select Save.
