Objective
Add and assign status codes in Configuration Manager for Contact Center.

Procedure
- Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
- Select Agent Groups.
- Select Add Agent Group.
- Create the Agent Group.
- In the menu, select Agents.
- Select Edit.
- Assign the agent to the new agent group.
- Navigate to Status Codes > Agent Status > Status Code Lists.
- Select +Add.
- Create a Status Code List with a name that matches with the Agent Group name you intend to assign the Status Codes.
- Make sure the Active box is checked.
- Select Save.
- Navigate to the Codes tab.
- Select +Add to add the desired Status Codes.
- Select Save.
- Select the Assignments tab.
- Check the box for the Agent Group.
- Select Save.
