Objective
Set up Outbound Caller ID. This can be configured by a user or administrator.

Procedure
Set the Outbound Caller ID
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Click External Caller ID from the menu on the left.
- Scroll to the Caller ID section.
- Enter the Display Name and select the desired Phone Number to display. Note you may have to type in the number in the dropdown for it to appear.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Configuring Shared Caller ID
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Phone Numbers.
- Click More Options (three dots) to the right of the DID you want to use as a Shared Caller ID.
- Select Use as shared caller ID.
- Enter a Display Name that all extensions using this shared caller ID will display.
- Click Save.
- Go to the Users page.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Click External Caller ID from the menu on the left.
- Under Phone Number, select the DID you designated as a shared caller ID. The Display Name field will populate with the shared Display Name for this DID.
- Click Save.
Setting Your Main Number as the Caller ID for All Extensions
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Click Sites.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Go to the bottom of the page and click the toggle next to Set Main Number as Caller ID for all Users Belonging to this Site. A blue toggle shows this option has been successfully activated.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
