How do I reset the password for a user profile in 8x8 Express?

Objective

Reset the password for a user in 8x8 Express.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Manager Express

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.
  2. Select Users and phones. 
  3. To the right of the user you wish to edit, select the 3 dots.
  4. Select Reset password.
