Symptom
When trying to send the welcome email or reset a user password in Admin Console, you receive an error that reads, Send welcome email has failed. Please try again!"

Resolution
- Select Users.
- To the right of the affected user, select Edit (pencil icon).
- Remove Services under Service and Permissions.
- Select Save.
- Add the Services back to the user profile.
- Select Save.
- Retest to ensure that you are able to send welcome email or reset password.
Additional Information
You may try toggle the user's email address before removing the services. Update the email address with another email address and save the changes. Put back the user's original email address and save to see if the error occurs again.
