Objective
Forward the CLI of the caller when transferring calls in 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure
Before you can enable this feature, an Outbound Phone Code will need to be created. For more information on this see Creating or Amending Outbound Phone Codes on 8x8 Contact Center.
- Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
- Select Outbound Phone Codes.
- To the right of the desired Outbound Phone Code, select Edit (pencil icon).
- Select the Codes tab.
- Check the box under Forward CLI on transfer.
- Select Save.
