Reserve an extension number in Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to Admin Console.
- Select Extension Numbers.
- Select Reserve Extension Numbers (top right).
- Complete the fields, as seen below.
- Select Save.
Best Practice
It is best practice that the below extension numbers marked as reserved are not used.
Additional information
If you have a site set up with internal dialing codes, and the dialing code is XYZ, extensions such as XYZ555 for example are still reserved. For more information, see Configure Cross-Site Dialing in Admin Console.
