Objective

Change the Dial Plan for an 8x8 Contact Center user.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. From Configuration Manager for Contact Center, select Users.
  2. Select Edit next to the desired user.
  3. Navigate to Phone > Outbound Calling > Dial Plan.
  4. Choose a Dial Plan to translate outbound dialing numbers. Select from the International Numbering Plan, North American Numbering Plan, or any custom plan defined for the tenant.

  5. Select Save.
