Disable Voicemail Access for a User from a Call Queue in 8x8 Admin Console

Objective

Disable voicemail access from the Call Queue.

Applies To

  • Admin Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Go to Call Queues and click Edit.
  3. Scroll down to Primary/Secondary Members and click the 3 dots to the right of the user.

5. Click Disable Voicemail Access.
