Download a Call Recording in Contact Center Monitoring.

  • Contact Center Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log into your Contact Center Agent Workspace and select Monitoring.
  2. Click Playback.
  3. Select Add filter, choose your filters, and then click Apply.
  4. Click on the recording you wish to download and click the Download button.
