Overview
The 8x8 Customer Portal is your personalized space to:
- Get help with 8x8 products and services
- Open and manage support cases
- View billing statements*
- Manage billing options*
- Order new lines of service and phones (X Series)*
- View past orders*
*Administrator users only
While you're in the portal, use the intuitive graphical display to review your services, add new services, update your payment method, check out fresh training content, and get help from Otto, our AI-powered 8x8 Virtual Assistant.
Applies To
- 8x8 X Series (X1-X8) Customers
- 8x8 Classic (8x8 Work and Contact Center) Business Customers
- 8x8 Contact Center Standalone Customers
Note: The 8x8 Customer Portal is not available to customers whose 8x8 services are purchased through a wholesale reseller.
Access the Customer Portal
Access to the 8x8 Customer Portal simply requires users to log in with their 8x8 username and password. There are a few ways to enter the portal.
From the 8x8 Application Panel
Note: Administrators of X Series services only.
- Log to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select My 8x8.
You will arrive at the Customer Portal home page.
From the 8x8 Support Knowledge Base
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base at https://support.8x8.com.
- In the upper right corner of any page on the site, click the Get Support button.
- If prompted, log in with your 8x8 username and password. (If you are already logged into your 8x8 services in this browser session, you can skip this step.)
You will arrive at the Customer Portal home page.
From a link in a support case notification email
8x8 Support case notification emails are generated and sent each time an 8x8 Support case is created, updated, or resolved.
- Find and open an 8x8 support case notification email.
- In the main email body, click the linked case number near the top.
- If prompted, log in with your 8x8 username and password. (If you are already logged into your 8x8 services in this browser session, you can skip this step.)
You will arrive in the Customer Portal on the page for that support case. Use the menu to navigate to other areas of the portal.

From the portal menu, click Training to access curated content from 8x8 University, including free tutorials, quick start guides, and videos.
Orders*
From the Portal menu, click Orders to review all orders associated with your 8x8 account.
Billing*

- Update Credit Card
- Set Up Automatic Payments
Shop*
Click the Shop button to add lines or upgrade your services. (US-based X Series services only.)
