Objective
Allow agents or customers to send or receive attachments through 8x8 Contact Center chat interactions.

Procedure
- Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
- From the left menu, select Chat Design.
- Select the Window tab.
- From the Window List, select Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the Window for which you want to allow attachments.
- Under Features, check the box to Allow customers to send attachments to agent.
- Select Save.
