Objective
Hide or unhide a chat conversation or room in 8x8 Work for Desktop.

Procedure
Hide a Conversation
- Log in to 8x8 Work for Desktop.
- Select Messages.
- To the right of the conversation or room you want to hide, select More Options (three dots).
- Select Hide Conversation.
- You will have the option to hide multiple conversations or rooms if needed by selecting the check box next to each conversation or room.
- Select the Hide button at the bottom.
The conversation is now hidden when selecting the chat section of 8x8 Work for Desktop.
Unhide a Conversation
- Select the create message icon at the bottom of the chat section.
- Select the Message icon.
- Search or scroll the list of users and select the user you wish to unhide the conversation for.
- This will re-open your conversation with the user and they will reappear in the chat section of 8x8 Work for Desktop.
