Procedure

While Supervisor Workspace is in its open beta phase for all customers to try out, we would greatly appreciate that any technical issues or recommended improvements be raised with our engineering team. You can do this by following the instructions in Create a Case with 8x8 Support.
Our support teams will try to resolve any technical issues you may be facing, but as the application is currently in an open beta, there is no guarantee of a fix, or timely updates until the product is fully released. We would ask that you remain patient while we work to resolve any issues and try to use our other applications as a work around.
