Overview
The 8x8 Work for Zendesk integration allows Zendesk users to access call features of their 8x8 Work phone extension, as well as allowing them to create and save call records in Zendesk.
Note: Like all 8x8 Work phone integrations, the Zendesk integration is a convenient control panel for your 8x8 Work phone extension. It does not provide audio services. A desk phone or a softphone such as 8x8 Work for Desktop or 8x8 Work for Mobile is required to work in conjunction with the 8x8 Work for Zendesk integration.

This is the latest release of the Zendesk integration, which can be used for both 8x8 Work and Contact Center.
