Objective
Generate an Average Quality Score report in 8x8 Quality Management.

Procedure
- Log in to Quality Management.
- From the left menu, select Reports.
- Select New.
- Select Average Quality Scores.
- Under Edit, give the report a name.
- Define your report filters:
- Select the date range.
- Filter by (select and define all that applies):
- Main Group
- Evaluator (Note: When defining multiple evaluators, do not type in the evaluator's names to search; scroll down the list of names to select, then click OK.)
- Template
- Report Layout
- Group By: Group
- Row: Agent
- Col: Evaluator
- Select Save.
- The average score is provided at the bottom right.
