Objective
Add a play object in an 8x8 Contact Center Script.

Procedure
- Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
- Select Scripts.
- Select Edit (pencil icon).
- Select the Script tab.
- Select add to the portion of the script that the object is needed.
- Select Play from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Object tag
- Audio file
- Playback options:
- Select OK.
- Select Save.
