Objective
Clear cache, cookies, prefetched files, and temporary data from the system and Google Chrome.

Procedure
Clearing cache, cookies, and temporary data from your system:
- Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for %temp% hit enter
- Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.
- Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for Temp hit enter
- Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.
- Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for prefetch
- Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.
Clearing cache for the 8x8 Work Desktop Application:
- Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for %AppData%
- Go into the 8x8 Work.
- Go into the Cache Folder,
- Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.
