Symptom
Poly VVX phone has no audible ringtone.

Resolution
- Verify that the volume is turned on by pressing the volume up + button on the bottom of the phone.
- Verify the ringtone is not silent. From Home, Select Settings > Basic > Ring Type then set the ringtone to any option other than silent.
- Verify the Audible Ringer is Speaker then from Home, Select Settings > Basic > Preferences > Audible Ringer and set the option to Speaker.
- If this solution does not work, factory reset the device.
Cause
Volume is set to go to an incorrect or not-in-use output.
