The third page of the Application section is Page Columns. Here you can select which columns you want to display in the pages for Search Calls and Search Evaluations, and rename them according to your product.
The Page Columns page is made of two sections: Search Calls and Search Evaluations.
Search Calls Columns
- Default Value, where you can see the original name of each column, which cannot be modified.
- Name, where you can add a new name to each column, as you want it to be displayed in the Search Calls page. To change the name of a column, click on the existing name and the field becomes editable. Delete the old name, type in a new one, and press Enter.
- Enabled represents a checkbox for each of the columns. If you want the column to be displayed in the Search Calls page, check the corresponding checkbox. If you do not want one or more columns to be displayed in the Search page, un-check the corresponding checkbox.
- Editable can only be found on the Search Calls page and is available for the Tag columns, from Tag to Tag 15. If you want to make some or all of the Tag fields editable, check the corresponding checkbox.

The Editable Tags tag fields have more possibilities for editing according to business needs. The editable tags can be filled in either with Text Only (that can insert only plain text), with an exclusive date format Date Field (ISO 8601), or by choosing an option from the suggestions list with the Auto-Suggestion Field.
