Agent Can't Log in to Quality Management

Symptom

Agent can't log into Quality Management.

  • Quality Management

Resolution

The agent must have the correct permissions set within Quality Management.
  1. Log into Quality Management.
  2. Go to settings.

  3. Once there you will see Users, Groups, and Roles.

  4. Search for the user.
  5. Select the affected user.
  6. Check to allow the user access in the application.
  7. Save.
