Enable Agents to See Recordings in Quality Management Evaluation

Objective

Enable Agents to see their recording directly from their Quality Management Evaluation.

Procedure

  1. Log in as an Admin to Quality Management and Speech Analytics.
  2. Select Settings (cogwheel).
  3. Select Roles.
  4. Select the Agent role or the role assigned to the group that you want to enable the functionality for.
  5. Go to AUTHORIZATION OPTIONS.
  6. Select Permissions > User Management > Users and Agents.
  7. Make sure that View Users or Agents is enabled.
  8. Save your changes.
