How to Select the Calling Line ID for Contact Center Outbound Calls

Objective

Select the Calling Line ID (CLI) for outbound calls from 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Select Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  3. From the left menu, select Users.

  4. Double-click on the user for which you want to set the CLI.
  5. Select the Phone tab.
  6. Under Outbound Calling, to the right of Calling Line ID, select Edit (pencil icon).
  7. Select the number you want and select Save.
  8. Select Save again on the Phone tab.

Additional Information
