Objective
Create a wallboard in Analytics for Contact Center.

Procedure
- Log in to Analytics for Contact Center.
- Go to Dashboards. You can find this option in the left-hand-side navigation panel.
- Create a new Dashboard by clicking New from the top right-hand-side (if you don’t have one already created in the Analytics for Contact Center).
- Add as many predefined widgets as you wish (either Real-time widgets or Historical widgets) in your Dashboard.
- Click the Save button to save your Dashboard.
- After saving it, click on the Share icon displayed in the top right-hand-side.
- Toggle on the Wallboard shareable link option and copy the URL.
- Open the Wallboard Link in your browser.
