Create a Wallboard in Analytics for Contact Center

Objective

Create a wallboard in Analytics for Contact Center.

  • Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager
  • Wallboards

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Contact Center.
  2. Go to Dashboards. You can find this option in the left-hand-side navigation panel.
  3. Create a new Dashboard by clicking New from the top right-hand-side (if you don’t have one already created in the Analytics for Contact Center).

  4. Add as many predefined widgets as you wish (either Real-time widgets or Historical widgets) in your Dashboard.
  5. Click the Save button to save your Dashboard.

  6. After saving it, click on the Share icon displayed in the top right-hand-side.

  7. Toggle on the Wallboard shareable link option and copy the URL.

  8. Open the Wallboard Link in your browser.
