Set up a Conference Bridge External Phone Number in Admin Console

Objective

Set up an external dial in phone number to dial in the Conference ID reservation email.

Procedure

Set up a Phone Number to Route to the Conference Bridge Extension 556 via Auto Attendant

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Select Auto Attendant.
  3. Select + Create Auto Attendant.
  4. Complete the fields as shown.

Create a Conference

  1. Dial the phone number for the Auto Attendant.
  2. To create a conference, press 2.
  3. When prompted, enter your extension number and press #.
  4. When prompted, enter your voicemail password or PIN and press #.
  5. Follow the audio prompts to create a conference as per your preference.
  6. You should receive a Conference ID reservation email showing the number you dialled into to create the conference similar to the example below.
