Order New Phones for an 8x8 Express Account

Objective

Ordering new phones for your 8x8 Express account.

Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.
From the navigation menu, select Account information.
Select Purchase licenses & devices.
Select Shop.
Select Equipment. Note: Poly Skyline phones are not available in the United Kingdom.
Select Add to Cart for the phone you would like to purchase.
If you want to purchase more than one of a particular phone, use the text box to update the quantity.
Select a service location.
Select a payment method.
Select Calculate Shipping and taxes.
Select a shipping method.
Select Continue.
At the prompt, review the agreement Terms and Conditions. Select Agree and buy.
Your order will go through a processing screen and after it's confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message onscreen.
