Removing Users from 8x8 Express Account

Objective

Removing users in 8x8 Express.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Express account.
  2. From the left menu, select Users and phones.
  3. To the right of the user you wish to remove, select More (three dots).
  4. Select Delete. Note: The primary user cannot be deleted.

Additional Information

This process will only remove the user, not the license. For information on removing licenses, see Removing Licenses in 8x8 Express.
