Assign a New Number to a User in 8x8 Express

Objective

Changing the phone number of one of your users in 8x8 Manager Express.

  • 8x8 Manager Express

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.
  2. From the navigation menu on the left, click Users and phones. 
  3. Click the name of the user you wish to edit.
  4. To the right of the phone number, click Change.
  5. Select a number from the suggested numbers, or enter a new area code and select a number.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. Click Save.
