Procedure

These steps require that you know your current voicemail PIN. If you forgot your PIN, contact your IT administrator for assistance.
  1. Pick up your receiver and dial *123 to access your voicemail.
  2. Enter your current voicemail PIN when prompted.
  3. From the main menu, press 0 for mailbox options.
  4. Press 5 to change your PIN.
  5. Press # (pound) to exit.
