Objective
Setting up your voicemail on your Fuze desk phone.
Applies To
- Fuze
- Desk Phones
- Voicemail
Procedure
When your phone is set up with a voicemail box, you will be assigned a default voicemail PIN, which is used to access your voicemail from your device. For security reasons, you must change this default PIN to a new PIN of your choosing. During this process, you may also want to record your “Unavailable” message which will play before callers are prompted to leave a voicemail.
This guide will walk you through the process of setting your name, unavailable message, temporary greeting, and voicemail PIN from your device.
If this is your first time setting your voicemail options, your PIN will be in your Fuze Welcome Email. If you did not receive the email, we recommend contacting your IT administrator for assistance.
The busy message feature is not supported and should not be used.
