Symptom
After enbling SSO, users still have the manual option to login with 8x8 credentials.

Resolution
When SSO is enabled and you disable 8x8 credentials on the Identity page, the 8x8 username/password fields still appear.
Administrators cannot fully remove or disable the manual 8x8 login option; users will still see the password field and can log in with 8x8 credentials.
Note: This is the current, expected behavior and cannot be changed today.
