Search for inbound or outbound calls in Quality Management.

Procedure
- Click Search Calls (phone icon).
- Expand the Date Picker drop-down in order to select the required beginning and ending Date.
- Expand Filter By.
- Check Agent Name and click OK.
- Expand Agent Name.
- Type the required name and click OK.
- Expand Filter By.
- Check Direction and click OK.
- Expand Direction and select Inbound or Outbound.
