Procedure
8x8 Support Portal
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select My 8x8.
- Select Purchase History
- Here you can view the Order Number, Order Status, Shipping Status, Tracking ID, and Order Date.
- To view the Order, select View Order Detail. The Order will open in a separate browser tab. A sample order is shown below.
