Overview
Users who are subscribed to Screen Recording services for Quality Management have the ability to capture agents' desktop screens. For users that have the Screen Client software installed on the agents' machines, administrators of the system can elect to record the agents' desktop activity along with telephone conversations. After the call is completed, you can watch the video recording in the Slide out Panel. For complete technical requirements, see Screen Recording Client Prerequisites.

Download the New Screen Recorder Client
A beta release of our new screen recorder application is available. This version focuses on addressing key security concerns and improving overall service uptime. The current limitation of this version is that it doesn't offer UI support. This means that manual screen recording and the ability to add notes through the user interface are currently unavailable.
