Recent Call Recordings Not Showing in 8x8 Quality Management

Why haven't agent call records populated in Quality Management yet?

Answer

This is expected behavior. QM is not real time. It is common for the recordings to take several minutes to show up. Occasionally, this can take 2 or 3 hours.
