Procedure

1. Log in to the 8x8 Application Panel and select 8x8 Work.
2. Click Call Report > Extension Summary.
3. Select the data range.
4. Navigate down and click Customize Table.
   
   
5. Select the appropriate columns.
6. Click the Download icon next to Customize Table.
7. Select the desired format.
