Filter Spam Emails in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Filter out spam messages within 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure

This configuration option must be set by an admin with access to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  1. Log in to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. On the Home page, select the Profile tab.

  3. On the right side of the page, locate the Tenant Email - SPAM Filtering Parameters section.

  4. Select a Spam Threshold Level from the drop-down.
  5. Enter email addresses you have identified as spam address in the Spam Black List field.
  6. If you have received email that was incorrectly listed as spam, you can enter those email addresses in the Spam White List field.
  7. Select Save.
